Maintenance, Support & Servicing

After Sales Service
Once a project has been completed, a Beronworth inspector will attend site to make the final connections and commission the system. A certificate is then issued to demonstrate that the equipment is ready for full operation.

Routine Maintenance and Servicing
Maintenance and routine servicing is essential for an emergency lighting installation which must be operational at all times of maximum risk.

We offer service and maintenance plans for each type of system. With our substantial knowledge of emergency lighting systems and batteries we will take care of systems by visiting your site at regular intervals throughout the year to carry out the necessary work to keep the equipment in good order.

Third Party Servicing and Maintenance
In line with maintaining and servicing the systems built by us, we offer our expertise in looking after systems manufactured by other companies.

 

If older systems are no longer supported by their manufacturer and become defective, we can offer to replace an individual assembly or component. This type of service makes sure that the emergency lighting is still operational for a cost efficient result.

Our past records show that many system users have had their ‘central systems’ repaired without the need to replace them completely. This method of work often overcomes the need to arrange competitive tendering for new equipment and the down time whilst new systems are arranged.
